Monthly meetings begin at 7:00 PM and are held in the Conference Room across from the Main Office.
2015-2016 Meetings
September 21, 2015 – agenda includes appointing new Grade 9 parent reps, establishing the fall Grant Committee and deadlines, and discussing 2015-2016 Learning Improvement Plan
November 2, 2015 – agenda includes approving fall grants
December 7, 2015 (tentative, if required)
February 8, 2016 – agenda includes discussing Semester 1 outcomes, planning March 10 Teacher Appreciation, and establishing spring Grant Committee and deadlines
April 11, 2016 – agenda includes approving spring grants and preparing for AGM
May 30, 2016 – Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Elections
June 20, 2016 – agenda includes year-end wrap-up and initial planning discussions for 2016-2017
